I am totally reworking my form because i have fairly poor form and have a long time before any sort of competition. Before, i didn't really lift my knee at all and my foot barely got off the ground. Now I'm actively trying to correct that, but it is making my quads and calves sore. Plus for some reason I can only run with the form I want at paces much quicker than I am used to running. Has anyone else reworked their form like this, and if so, were you able to maintain the mileage you were previously at throughout.
