If you mix it with a drink it doesnt taste good... I guess put a scoop in a milkshake or something? It makes it all fizz up/bubbly though. Is soy protein good for you? I couldn't find whey.

Protein is protein is protein is protein. No matter the texture, flavor, or beast. Just so long as you chow down on 1000 grams of it per day.

Soy will give you man boobs and will suppress your testosterone production. When your mom has hot flashes for menopause, she takes soy or soy derivatives.
Why do you think all of those soy eating yoga guys are so calm, relaxed and asexual? They eat so much tofu (soy) that it has chemically castrated them.
Cheers.

These aren't very convincing articles (though the titles are pretty scary sounding). They're basically just "experts" writing op/eds. There are no studies showing the effects they hypothosize could occur because of eating soy.
I think you need to consider the source. This is a website that sells protein in powder form. Most people understand the potential hazards of eating meat (fat, cholesterol, cancer, heart disease) and when increasing the protein in their diets will either eat it through powder form or eat more soy products. They're attempting to persuade people go the powder route. There are plenty of problems with the poweders they sell as well, but there aren't links to those articles on their site.
Yea but what about for women...
there just seems to be something naturally wrong with taking certain nutrients out of whole foods and eating that single nutrient in large quantities to somehow benefit long term health and performance.
I mix soy in smoothies (get a Magic Bullet). Just do it 2-3 times/week. I could never handle whey cause I'm lactose intolerant.
No. And yes, it is hard to mix. Buy whey.
soy gives women man boobs as well.

Soy protein powder cannot be mixed with beverages. In the process of producing beverages, it is okay to add soy protein. The soy protein I bought at their house and added to dairy beverages works well.
