They made a mess of their second exchange.

Yikes. Looks like Muna Lee pulled a hamstring right after what was a terrible exchange.
They're showing replays now. Looks like Muna got the baton kind of roughly but legally but then promptly pulled a hamstring. Her stagger to the outside of the track was that awful hop you see with that.
Hope Muna is ok.
It looks like Muna put out her left hand when the other girl was expecting the right, when Muna didn't feel the baton she twisted her body to get the baton and pulled her hamstring in doing so.
Her groin/back was taped heavily in the 200 (with the new tape that all of that athletes seem to be using)it seems like she had pre-existing tightness or injury. Poor girl.
very disappointing..the US team showed good team spirit .. staying with there teammate until she made it to the treatment area... the officials were trying to prevent that.
Disaster for the US. but the 4x400 is owned by the US.
Jamaica was going to win both anyway....U.S. blacks rather say "what if".....you have to understand the black psyche, if you watch sports long enough you will notice blacks come up with injuries (or other excuses) a lot when behind, losing, or cant win. Just watch basketball, football, and track long enough and you will notice this pattern. Yet the next play or next day they are OK. Sometimes it's so noticeable I call it out loud, he is ok...he is not hurt....sure enough...no injury!...Funny stuff after a while!
haha sad attempt at trolling.
interview with the women after their 4x1 heat is up
How do you know it's a pattern in US blacks and not just US? Can you find any US whites to compare to? And if so, then why aren't they in Berlin instead of those blacks with the poor psyche?
Yeah, nothing like the psyche of sitting behind a keyboard spewing barely coherent anonymous racist slurs.

Please don't feed the troll. Thank You
RKM - Who cares what a racist, redneck, hillbilly like you thinks. Go back to your outhouse and touch yourself. You are a sad, pathetic excuse for a boy.
Question: why would you put someone who is taped to the gills with an injury waiting to happen on the qualifying relay? The US team is so dominant, it seems like they would put 4 safe healthy athletes on the qualifying team and just get through.
Just speculation on my part but maybe they're trying to get them used to passing to each other (as they were both going to be on the final relay). One of the reasons given for the US' trouble in relay running is that we run so many different teams that they never get comfortable with each other.
My Gawwwwwwwwwwwdddddddddd!!!!!!!!!!! What's wrong with US athletes?!?!?!? It's like there is a curse on most of them.
If it wasn't for Felix Merrit, Wariner and Tyson!!
Two suggestions:
1. Hire our local middle school coach for relays. His team gets the stick to the finish line.
2. Recruit runners who give a shit. Not frusted, not disaapointed, fight another day (in two years), hope God is on Muna's side , blah blah bullshit.
These dames were not pissed; they waved, smiled, and basically acted like a successful relay pass is a matter of luck.
We have to do something about our staffing. This is a joke. Look at these coaches for the World Team. How many of them have big-time "Team" coaching success??? Some were good/great athletes, but how many know how to lead a team to victory?

I'm a grade school (1st - 8th) coach - 16 relay teams in two different events spread over four age groups, boys/girls divisions. Not one dropped pass in the meets we ran this year. I guess that's what a little bit of practice and the desire to win will do for you....
To be blunt, it's the "ghetto" punk me first attitude so many of our sprinters have, despite the way it's hidden by the media, and by the sprinters themselves who are media conscious in some ways.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
