I ran about 17 miles yesterday mostly on grass/dirt and when I got up this morining for a run I had a pretty strong pain on my inner ankle right above that little bone that sticks out. I didn't have any pain in that spot (or spots around that spot) at all so I can't understand how this pain came up. Is this a stress fracture, tendonitsis, or something else?
Symptoms-
-Hurts a bit when I press on it or massage it hard but not too the touch
-Dosen't hurt too walk on it but hurts to do calf raises
- No swelling or bruising
- Hurts to run on it and hurts more as the run goes on
Anyone know what the deal is?
