Wow--according to this I'm between advanced and elite. It doesn't feel like that, though. I weigh 185 and bench (raw) around 300. My best ever was 300 lbs flat weighing 178. That was about 5 years ago at 178 lbs. In my running days, I could bench about my weight (160) for a maximum bench press.
I used to be a long-distance guy, but that was 8 years ago. Now I just lift hard and heavy, and run a couple times a week. I'd be happy to run a 5:30 mile now.:)
