as near as i can tell those are their prs. i had to do a search on marathonguide.com for some of the times and it only goes back to 2000. i dont think dean was running before then. what pam did before that i dont know.

i did think it was funny that she has broken 3 hours and he has not. she also beat lance.

Robbie Benson - who played Billy Mills - ran 3:03 or so around the time the movie came out.

That makes him a better runner than actor in my book.

Got that from Netflix recently - woof, just horrible. Great timeless story; incredibly cheezy dated formulaic movie.

Those 10k's at the end of a tri are notorious for being short. Mark Allen is great but not sub 30 10k after swimming and biking. I don't believe that.
