The leaderboard indicates a finish time of 1:00:15
That's wrong. Watched him cross the finish at 59:42 and that's what is being reported.
Wishing he really did break an hour, but here's the site info.
1:01:25 according the results.
They're reporting 59:41 as the official time. They also reported 4:33 mile pace. Does that fit? I don't feel like doing the math.
Congrats to Ryan on a great race. He looked unbeatable.

Yep, that time checks out. If true, awesome race. If he ran 61:xx... awesome race!

08:16 am - Ryan Hall finished in 1:01:25, breaking the course record for the Aramco Houston Half Marathon.
Notice that he is living in Pinckney. Must be training with
the U of M boys. Brannen, Willis et al.
I was never a big track runner, so maybe I don't understand. With the way that Hall runs the roads, and the grass....Why doesn't he put more emphasis there? Can you just imagine a Marathon from him?
Ryan's 10k split: 28:21
Meb: 29:19
What's up with that?
Holy $hit.

You might want to check that link again.
wow it changed! 59.41!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! smoking!
59.41...
5941 makes hall the 15th fastest performer ever over a half marathon if the time is correct. wow.
That's a nice $21k payday.
Breaking 60 in the HM is like breaking 13 in a 5k or 27 in a 10k or 2.06 in a marathon.
68s 400m pace, 2.50 per km and 4.33 per mile.
See the 59:41 now. Holy crap!
