There is no fast way.......After three years trying all the witch craft and cures on this web-site and after visiting several different MD's, I finally found the answer to my problem from a Foot & Ankle MD that specializes in running injuries. That was two months ago and following a long list of daily exercises and PT class twice per week, its finally pain free. There is a laundry list of exercises that are to long to brakedown for you, but I remember reading another tread in lets run that talked about a similar program and provided a link. Maybe someone on here remembers the exercise program. I think SOUTHERN CAL Pete put the tread on and/or mentioned it somewhere This program worked for me, but all AT problems will be differ from one runner to the next. Run the search program on Lets Run, it should pop-up. Just be careful---trying to run without fixing the cause will extend your vacation and most likely will return after the typical 2-3 week rest. cheers
