We hope you are recovered from Worlds as an incredible Weltklasse meet takes place on Thursday. It features Sha'Carri Richardson, Shericka Jackson, Noah Lyles, a 1500 with everyone not named Jakob Ingebrigtsen and a 5000 with Lamecha Girma and Grant Fisher.

Jackson set a championship record of 21.41 (#2 all-time) while Lyles ran 19.52 to complete the 100/200 double.

Worlds Day 5 AM Recap: Athing Mu Runs & Wins Prelim; Richardson & Lyles Breeze in 200 Prelims

Mu won her 800 heat in 1:59.59 while Sha'Carri Richardson led all 200m qualifiers in 22.16.

2023 London DL: Yared Nuguse Earns First DL Win as Noah Lyles Wins 200 Thriller in 19.47

Nuguse's win was the first by a US man in a DL 1500/mile since 2011. Brit Jemma Reekie got a big 800 win in 1:57.30 after Keely Hodgkinson withdrew.

The DL is back with a big one. We can't wait for the men's 200 (Lyles, Knighton, Michael Norman), women's 100 (SAFP, Jackson, Thompson-Herah) and men's 1500 (Ingebrigtsen, Cheruiyot, Hoare & more). For the record, the women's 100 WR is 10.49 and the men's 200 WR is 19.19.

HS junior Knighton broke the world U20 record again (19.84) as Noah Lyles won the 200 in 19.74. Harrison PR'd in the long jump (8.47 meters) after clearing 2.33m to win the high jump.
