This is a great super trainer that I am happy taking on the track or for a long run with some uptempo paces mixed in. I wish it came in a little cheaper but if you can get a good deal on it I say pull the trigger.
Hoka's running shoes are the best shoes to run in because they give a little extera coushion and they are very light in weight.
Just two runs in and these appear to be very responsive and have more cushioning that expected. Coming from Cliftons, where they have the cushioning I need but have never felt responsive.
Very happy with the Hoka Mach X. Less spongy than the Clifton and more durable. A nice upgrade.
title says it all. While it's still fairly light feeling and bouncy, I was used to something like the Saucony Endorphin Speeds, which were lighter and pushed me more on my toes. The Hokas are also durable and comfy, though I'd recommend ankle socks since the tongue rides a bit. Might buy again but will likely move to the zoom fly or endorphin speed.
Very comfortable shoe with great support and cushioning.
Feels good.
Super cushiony which allowed me to run with a torn ligament for which there was not an easy solution (other than not running).
Bought to replace old Carbon X for the same use, and much better. Peba foam and plate feel really good on the track and roads. will use the Rocket X2 for longer road races. This is a great shoe!
