Good shoe for day to day runs but just okay for speed work and faster runs. After close to 400 miles it provides good cushioning and still looks good.
The Ghosts have been my primary shoe of choice for a long time. There is no area they either excel or lack in, they are just very solid all around. They also seem to be indestructible. Although I was a bigger fan of the older models, the Ghost 15's still hold true to what has made the Ghost line so good.
This is a solid, down-to-earth training shoe, especially for someone like me whose gait / form is unstable enough that newer supershoe-like trainers cause mechanical problems. I wish it were a little less expensive, but it is very durable, very comfortable and available in many colors so I can always find one I fancy. I've used my Brooks Ghosts to walk in after about 400-500 miles of running, and they last for a couple years (roughly 1000 miles) after that.
Me encanta tanto el zapato que no puedo describirlo correctamente sin sonar parcial. Sienten que te hace sentir como si fueras Usaim Boly (si eres negro). Esa respuesta que puedes lograr si, a diferencia de cualquier cosa que sentĂ
My last pair of Brooks ghosts lasted me 450 miles of constant training, both on the track, and on the trail. It’s a great shoe that does great on all manners of surfaces, and I have used them to bring myself from last place on the team, to top 20. 9.5/10.
Over 200 lbs. they work the best for me.
First Brooks Ghost; I had previously worn the Adrenaline and I typically wear other neutral cushioned shoes. It feels noticeably soft, padded all around, and well-cushioned.
I have had multiple ankle surgeries and am just coming back into running after a 5-ish year hiatus. I tried this shoe (and a host of others) at a running store and the moment I slipped these on, I knew they were golden. I have extremely high arches and ankle problems from the aforementioned surgeries and my feet feel excellent in these. There was essentially no break in period, they felt perfect right out of the box. Would highly recommend this shoe.
Comfortable, affordable, all around trainer. Good for easy days and strides.
Ghosts just seem to work for me as far as fitting my foot and comfort wise. I wish they would last a little longer. That's my biggest issue with them.
solid shoe , good cushioning, needs to last longer
