Not the high-end innovation of some, but what do you need in a daily trainer.  While other brands are not recognisable year on year, credit Brooks for consistency in a high quality product.

I've been running on the Brooks Adrenaline GTS for almost 4 years. It has been an incredible trainer and I haven't had any injuries while I've wearing it compared to the times that I've tried other running shoes. It has quite a bit of cushion and is super great for logging miles on. I'm not a huge fan of using it for faster runs like intervals and sprinting, but it is able to hold its own if I forget my spikes. The stack height has had a couple of problems when going around corners or the curved sections of a track it tends to slip a bit, but this is easily fixed by adjusting the laces. Over all the Adrenaline GTS has been an incredible trainer that I've been using for years that I highly recommend.

Amazing shoe to improve running gait

I struggle with extreme pronation and heel strike more than I should too, but shoe does an excellent job of providing stability to my foot so that I pronate less and has an extensive heel to toe drop (12mm) so that my foot strike is shifted more to my forefoot. It looks great, holds up great, and although it has a lot of stability, it still has enough cushion so that my legs are not getting to much shock from running 16 mile long runs on the roads in them.

    • As this is the only shoe I have ever run in, I don't know much about anything else.

These shoes work as training shoes and I used them as racing shoes for a while before I got spikes. I ran 350 miles in the first pair and they didn't have many problems, the spot above the big toe was getting thin and might have become a hole soon.

Daily trainer for 6 years. Have gone through the different models and the adrenaline is consistent. Made for people who pronate. The guiderails make this more of a stability shoe than the other popular brooks options.

    • A great shoe for easy runs and long runs.

I ran about 700 miles before retiring this shoe. The stability and cushion were phenomenal, and I didn't notice any significant downgrade in cushion or tread until around 500 miles.

I have owned 8 pair of Adrenaline GTS. Each pair has been very durable and provided solid comfort and stability on my daily runs of 3 to 5 miles. Great value for the price!

These shoes are great for foot stability, especially if you overpronate. Very balanced ride.

The Adrenaline GTS felt like bricks on my feet compared to some of the other springy foams available from other brands. This shoe convinced me to finally give up on the stability shoe category. Neutral shoes with a wide base work better for me. Pros include a roomy comfortable upper, great durability and lower price.

I use this shoe for all my regular mileage outside of workouts. I've been buying different editions of this shoe for 5 years, and the 22 is the most comfortable and durable. It's not a fast shoe, and I never wear it for anything over a steady pace, but it's the perfect shoe to grind through mileage, especially if your feet need a little more support.
