If anyone is aware of Elisha de Mello from Edinburgh University in the UK, Christ on a bike, the arms are flailing after a 5 minute mile. Limp wristed and constantly sharting his way round a grossly over-distance SLR.

I heard he leaves solids on golf courses for unsuspecting dog walkers to bag and dispose of : 'How strange, oh well must of been my Truffles'

Salazar by a mile.
I'm convinced he was actually a world record-holding racewalker at times, but also bewildered by his ability not to trip himself times he was apparently "running."
Priscah Jeptoo is #1. There's even several Youtube videos critiquing her form.

Jeptoo is like Zatopek. Look from the side, and there's nothing wrong. The knees are working right, too, and that's what it's all about.
With Salazar, looking from the side is actually worse that looking from ahead/behind, because you're convinced he was walking.

No one is fighting his own mechanics the last 100 meters for sure. It's all arms.
I vote Jed Christiansen for the men.
Exhibit A:
If you don't know his times, you wouldn't believe this guy was capable of it just judging by appearance.
For women, I vote Yuka Ando.
Exhibit B at the front of this race in yellow race kit:
Her lack of arm swing is just ridiculous.

Watch a video with Hinriskdottir; she runs 2:00,5 800m with hardly more arm swing than that marathoner.
that Bruce Kidd clip is amazing.

I had forgotten about Ngugi; to me his arms seemed longer than they should be. Also was weird the way he carried them. But man, he got the job done with that form, weird as it was. One of the best at world XC.
