Coach is having me continue speed but starting to build up mileage in July until we stay around 100-120 mpw in August and September. Says he expects this will be the first true time I will feel "very tired" with starting a new job and moving to N.O.V.A. Physically I feel sore with my legs. A little tight but aerobically I feel amazing.
Track work for the first time in months. Wednesday was on the roads in South Carolina. Saturday on a track in Ohio. Sunday took two gels after 1 hour and 30 minutes after that. Calorically, I'm working on having 2% milk and Ovaltine mixed together on any double days. Just trying to make sure I get used to it as mileage creeps up and so do my energy needs.
Staying local for a few weeks then going to Denver, then to VA, there I stay and make my new home. Nervous and have had some sleeping problems with anxiety. Should work itself out. Ready for a new change in my life.
