All of the HS tracks here in Ohio are open. I did a 16, 16, 8, 4 last week and a 4800 tempo run today onnthe track.
The track here in Norwalk Ohio is locked due to teens hanging out. The North Coast Inland Trail is open but areas near parking lot can get crowded. I passed 22 people within 3/4 miles of the parking lot one day. Now I run more remote sections or at sunset when few are on it. I have not checked other area high school tracks.
4 tracks around me that are 15 minutes or less away. 3/4 are locked up. My usual one is nearly brand new and untouched enough that I could park there and just hop the fence though so I'll end up doing that for my time trial this week.
In regards to the other places I'm running, I've got a couple park and road loops for intervals depending on the distance. I'll stick to the road loops though, parks are way too congested right now.
