Although the USATF status page still says "info needed" for her status and "pending" for her declaration, the event web site includes a bio page, photo, and qualifying time for her. Perhaps the USATF status page hasn't been updated for her entry, but it has been updated pretty recently to reflect scratches for other athletes. Also, although some articles seem to have interpreted correspondence from USATF as reflecting approval of her entry, I didn't interpret what I read from the USATF representative around the end of January as saying that there wouldn't be any problems; it sounded more like an apology for taking so long with her case. I'm not sure why I haven't seen any more definitive statement from USATF. Things are getting awfully late for the matter to remain unresolved.
Looks as if she's in:

As Youngren suggests, it's very odd that USATF would wait until five days before the race to tell her that she's in, and only then request documentation of her medical history "in the case that World Athletics wants it." I can think of a few reasons for choosing that route, but the lack of transparency about the decisional process is nevertheless a bit discomfiting.
