thank you!!!
Women’s race was great to watch with Hall, Hull and Gregson all sitting behind Niiya. Hull showed her class in the last 600m, she looked really comfy and could have gone from a lot further out but seems happy to just tick the box.
Men’s race was real boring, when Stewy went to the front Sam Mcenttee was the only one to go with. These guys have no balls.
why no Morgan McDonald?

Hull looked like she was on a tempo the until the last 2 laps. I think she'll chose the 1500m for Games though, placement chances are higher. 1500m trials will be a lot harder since L Hall is better at that event and Georgia Griffith (who beat Hull in Dec) sports a 2:00 800m.
And McSweyn dropped a 59 when he took off at 3k. I got his 5 lap splits at about 59, 60, 61, 60, 63 for that 5:03 last 2k. That's fast. Not many Americans could have gone with that initial surge. Just think, he ran 3:31.8 in the 1500m last year. Centro had USA's top time last year in 3:32.8. And has a 13:05, already a class over the field.

Nationals will be interesting, battle of the bigger kick between Hall and Hull.
McSweyn is world class, man amongst boys in that field
