Now let's compare that to the long list of races where Bekele dropped out, was injured, got food poisoning, was "40% fit," was overweight, etc
... we are.
Injured, Thicc’kele smashed peak 10k-focused Farah at GNR in 2013. He’s also run 2:03:03 looking pretty doughy.
Saying “well Mo Farah is focused on the 10k now” doesn’t mean sh!t now just like it didn’t in 2013.
GOATee Skin’enisa ran 2:01:41 ~16 weeks ago. More than a kilometer ahead of Farah’s best ever, and almost 2 miles ahead of Farah’s most recent showing in Chicago. Which athlete is going to be stronger in March over the half marathon..?
Kenenisa doesn’t have to be 100% to beat Mo Farah on the roads.
You listed his only 3 good races in the last decade. My point exactly.

That's sad to see , the end of the race, even if he wond. In a 10 000m, during his prime Bekele obliterated the competition, the last lap was ferocious and nobody was finishing close to him. Farah never destroyed the field like Bekele used to.
yeah, even though he won, it wasn't him at his prime at all. in most his 10,000m wins, I don't think anyone was within 5seconds...Only one I can think of was 2005 Worlds which had a close finish.
Seems like this 2013 one, he really only started to kick the last 100m

Yeah, his kick was so great. I remember the 2004 finish, he looked so fast, with that 53 second lap, creating a huge gap with Sihine and lapping the other runners like if they were hobby joggers. He would have beaten Mo Farah easily.

See, now this is fair. I think it is fairly obvious to everybody that prime Bekele is much better than Farah. Especially in a 10k.
Not prime Bekele is also much better than Farah at the marathon. I truly think his last result and the way it was achieved will spur him to continue training the right way. Had he done what he normally does in his build ups he would have learned nothing and I'd agree he'd race poorly afterwards. We only have little more than a month to see and really all I want is either a great result or a great race regardless of whether he wins.
Farah didn't come back to only 1 sec, Bekele was looking back over and over just to ensure he didn't need to put in a final kick. Bekele could have won by much more than 1 sec if he had kept motoring.
Also, Bekele has no worse of a kick than Farah. Farah was only dominant over all those years at 5000 and 10000 because KB was injured that whole time.

False
Farah for sure, probably in 58:xx. He's looking to prove his speed as he gets back to the 10000 and Bekele hasn't had to kick in more than 5 years, those days are well gone for him.
