55 mpw for the last 6 weeks, mostly easy. That's the result of LRCing.
Now I remember! I had a wisdom tooth out in January...where's that wisdom tooth thread?

Need 37 miles to hit 4K. Should hit it with room to spare.
Somewhere around 2000. Had some leg issues this year but ran through it.
I will be a little over 2,350 miles this year. Pretty average the last 5 years since I turned 50. Running streak at almost 5 years. When I was 49 I had my only 3,000 mile year.
Going for 2,500 miles next year. Worked too much in the summer this past year.
Will be just under 3800. A good 1200 more than 2018 -- managed to skip any real injuries this year.
I don't want to brag. I believe I may top 200 miles for 2019.
700-800 range. Dealt with injuries, also couldn't run much in the spring due to doubling track and soccer
Will be about 3,720 miles with about 380,000 ft of climbing. It's about 900 miles more than last year, though last year had a similar amount of climbing on fewer miles. Main reason for more miles is because of bad snow year and correspondingly fewer hours cross country skiing. Also, I barely got on my mountain bike this year. Total hours of exercise/activity was actually over an hour a week more last year. 50 year old male hobby jogger.
1,610 due to surgery on my calf... Significantly lowest yearly total since 1981. Healing up well as we approach 2020.
I'll end up with about 1560 miles of running, 283 miles of hiking including 200 across Switzerland which caused me 2 weeks of injury time out my only injury, 116 miles of nordic ski, and 47 on the bike( when I had that hike injury) . I keep it consistent most weeks 6x per week, train at very moderate paces (literally zero speed work this year) but race all out . If memory serves 4 halves, a 20 mile race, one 10K and a disastrous Boston (seasonal allergies see that thread here). Am 62 years old and thanks for sure to Next% achieved my annual sub 1:40 goal with 2x and a 1:39 flat.
4,400 miles
I'm about to give birth any moment now. I ran 2300+ miles, about 500 lower than usual, but I blame the baby.
Should be around 1560.
Looks like I’ll be just short of 2700 this year. Way more than I imagined at the beginning of the year. Been running for 3 and a half years, progressed from 1300 up to 1900 last year to now. Maybe 3500 next year, although 70 miles per week average assuming 2 weeks off seems a little ambitious
2430 which is fine at age 68.
2530 with 3 days to go.
2431 which is fine at age 69.
Just under 3,200. Over 3,000 for the first time since 2013. Set PRs for 5 miles and 10k XC. Hoping to PR in the half in 2020
