I've had an injury with my knee (Tendonitis I have been told) since the middle of track season. I finished out the season, and took two months off. I have started back, and have run about 8 miles a week, but it still hurts. I do all the therapy, take Ibuprofen, Ice, do all I need to to get better, and it is a little better, but still painful. Advice? Work through it? More time off? Surgery? What to do?
