I kicked the last 10 yards of the 40 yard dash in like .9 seconds...it was sick trust me.

Didn't Chebii close a 5k in like 24.2 for the last 200m or something like that two years ago?

You stole my thunder. I was going to talk about the last 600yds. I did in 1:12.7. In another race, I busted the last 200 in 24. Those were sick as well. No BS.
Bekele ran 37 for the last 300 in Lausanne with one 200m section in 23-high to 24-low. Sickest thing I ever saw. In 10 strides he opened a HUGE gap.
Chebii ran down Geb in Paris in 24-high in 2003.

hahaha yeah right
so in about 200m give or take, you ran someone down that was 15 seconds ahead of you?
some math guy needs to break this one down, but I know that is BS.
There is a thread that talks about Biggest BS Lies, go put this on there.
I'll try to take this one on. I'll give you 30 seconds for your last 200 meters.
For simplicity and reference points, let's assume you were running a 5k and you finished in 15:30. That means he hit 4800m in 14:45 and you hit it in 15:00. So he finshed in 45 seconds for the last 200m, which is 6:00 pace, while you finished at 4:00 pace. Pretty unlikely.
One time at band camp, I kicked for 60 seconds...felt like a minute--how far??? only I know...
