OP is right up there with the champion morons.
I've shipped cars to the mainland from Hawai'i, and driven them there with Hawai'i plates until I needed to change to my new state's plates. I think 1964 was the first time I did that.
There's nothing to it. You contact a specialized shipper (there are several), deliver the car to the wharf, and wait for it on the other end. It might take 2 weeks.
In fact I'm about to ship a car from the Big Island to Ithaca. When it gets there, I'll drive it with its Hawai'i plates for a while.
When I lived in Western NY I regularly saw Hawai'i plates. If I could, I'd talk to the driver and make the usual bad joke "how's the bridge doing?" We all laugh at that.
But not as hard as I'm laughing at the OP's idiocy.
