whatsup guy. 28M started running from scratch 17 weeks ago. I started at 20 and hit 43 miles last week, averaging 32 throughout my training. Runs are around 7:20 pace on average. Below are most of my workouts starting with the first few weeks to present. Think I can run 1:25? Based on the workouts, it looks like I got a lot faster in the last month or so
2 miles: 12 flat
3 mile race: (5'55, 6'06, 6'40)
3 mile tempo: (6:26, 6:08, 6:17)
3 mile tempo: (6:30, 6:13, 6:04)
4 mile tempo: (6'30, 6'24, 6'36' 6'11)
3 mile tempo: (5'59, 5'59, 5'59)
8 mile tempo: 6'25 pace
last week on grass: 1 mile: 5'45. 3 min rest: 3 mile tempo 6'26. 3 minute rest. 800 @ 2'50
last long run: 10 miles at 6'57
