Jordan refused to speak with USADA as part of their investigation.
She may have been clean when she first joined NOP, but after she failed to make the team in 2016 she went all in on Alberto’s program. Hence, her marathon debut outcome.
She can’t be trusted in the least and makes it sound like she had a loose affiliation with Alberto, who in reality is known to be a micro manager.
I heard from a friend close to Jordan when she joined NOP she was miserable and getting emotional every day. It sounds like what Salazaar is a master at is creating a situation with his athletes, which the closest thing I can compare it to is Stockholm Syndrome. He puts a ton of pressure on athletes and breaks down their inhibitions about what is right and what is wrong. Looking back on the specifics of what my friend was telling me it seems likely that a lot of the emotion and stress Jordan was under at the time was related to this pattern. Salazaar seems to be the type of person who is able to take honest people and convince them that the cheating or gray zone is ok. Some like Kara eventually rebel but there's a few who will stick with him to the end.
At this point, I don't believe anything Jordan says about Salazaar or what goes on in the NOP. Which is sad, because she seems like overall a decent person and Salazaar has probably played some messed up mind games with her. I would guess you are correct that she has gone all-in on Salazar's program and that he has completely changed her perspective on what is right and fair from the perspective of clean sport.
