Assuming not the one hour rule, it is not at all clear if you have to give the hotel and room number and instruct the hotel to allow the tester in to hotel and hotel floor.If visiting a friend what if the friend refuses access to test or lives in a gated community?
Interesting that most think it reasonable for doping control to have more rights than the police and no independent oversight.
