Very little guilt can be ascribed to the thread. If you want culpability, how about those who possibly covered up or at least held their tongues as Frank's obvious cheating got more and more grandiose over the years? It was easier for them to "play along" rather than confront him and try to persuade him to come clean.
This website is very guilty. Along with the overweight Marathon Investigation clown. And the gone-into-hidding fool who used to post as Scamwatheroo.
Giving out personal information (address, employer, race entries) and encouraging (indirectly is the same a direct) other vigilantes to use that information to set things "right". Claims of someone involved in child porn, and other law breaking (jaywalking, parking tickets) are what makes this site and the ridiculous people post this nonsense entire guilty.
It looks like the people involved in the attacks on Frank Meza have decided for the police that it was suicide. Never mind that he was found in water and the police determined that the death was NOT by drowning--it is an obvious growing. There are a lot pf people who posted on that thread making attacks. They are ducking for cover.
Cyberbulling is a crime in California. Mr. Meza lived in that state. And it makes no difference to the authorities where the cyberbullies live. Living in another state won't save you boys.
