I don't really understand your questions. Why do you think coffee is as bad as smoking? It has long been proven that coffee has many advantages, for example, coffee helps to concentrate on work, boost the immune system and even lose weight. And smoking on the contrary kills health.. In General, I was recently given a capsule coffee machine ,and to be honest, I didn't even think that it is so convenient. In the morning, I often do not have enough time to have breakfast and a cup of coffee, but with coffee capsules, I have at least a little more time. So far I've been searching what are the best coffee capsules on this site https://www.thecoffeemaven.com/best/nespresso-capsules/. However, if you have any suggestions, please PM me.
Why isn’t coffee considered a dirty habit like smoking?

From the wastefulness of the kcups to the sludge left behind from drip coffee that can clog your pipes...why isn’t the addiction to caffeine seen as filthy as smoking?
No pipes are clogged in any regard. Coffee makes you take a dump, and the grounds are actually good for garbage disposals and drains. They work as a solvent. Just don't forget to flush with water.
Brown teeth and coffee breath are another thing, entirely! -
Coffee is definitely not good for sleep, for a lot of people.
For older people I think it's solid. It gives them a little jolt and keeps their brain firing.
For a young person at their prime, best is to use it when you actually need it.
Myself, I'm addicted to the buzz and the ritual and taste. So I have at least 2 double espressos a day :/ -
Where can I find some more feedback?

I gave up coffee 5 years ago, all it did was make my heart race. I drink organic green tea, now. It makes me more alert without the heart palpitations.

I should probably do this, given some heart episodes that are definitely related to my coffee consumption and running combined. But I just love the taste of coffee so much :( -
If you're a Mormon you can't do either, so maybe you should consider Utah?
