There's a case that he may have been at his best in 1978, but if he was it was likely because of his training history. I think Deano has suggested here that he neglected his speed work a bit after 78.
Besides, I don't know what the f you are talking about. I've stated in this very thread that I think Kipchoge is 2.or 3 years older than he claims. I don't think reaching a peak at 22 is evidence of drug use. I think being an age cheat and moving to the roads where there's less testing and coming from a country where dopjng is rampant is evidence.
