The beauty of running is competition. Maybe better to change the rules so that pacers can join in the middle. But the key is to have competition.
90% of the beauty in Kipchoge’s achievements is the winning so many times consecutively against the best fields. Less the times as much impressive as they are.
I’m honestly disappointed
No matter what he does, most of the people here will be disappointed. He wins 10 majors, sets the wr, and has Olympic gold...people are upset that he doesn't run NYC or Boston. He runs 2:00:24 and all people here do are piss and moan that it's a sham and marketing ploy. Blah. I hope he's doped to freaking hilt, wears his pointy shoes, and drops a 1:59 bomb.
