I don’t wanna get chick’d by her! We both met at a health spa 3 years ago. We work out together and are competitive with each other.
I run a 5:23 mile and bench 180 at 160lb by the way.

You both met at a health spa? Wow I would have thought that only one of you would have met at a health spa. You both did. Sounds like fate.

Damn .....
LMAO
I'm going to say 5:00 and 1.33x. if you hit 215 that is decent.
Are you talking max bench?
I don't think 0.75x max is impressive for a girl that lifts. I think 1.125x max for a boy is actively disappointing.
Based on converted world records, 5:18 mile and (I'm not sure if these are actually WRs, but relative to body weight the most I found on a quick search was 2.24x for women and 4.09x for men) so 1.37x body weight.
We run religiously and do intervals every week plus a fair bit of plyometic and bodyweight work in the gym but we both neglect lifting to be fair. ?
A 6:00 mile and can bench 150lbs is pretty damn good!

you haven't posted her weight or pics tho so I can't comment on the second part

Hmm. Is she fat? Muffin top maybe? Chunky legs?
Hippo butt?
She sounds divine.
Divide her time by 1.12 or 1.13 to get the equivelant male performance. You should get down to a 5:15 if you want to be safe
