And what's wrong if someone thinks some white runners dope even though they're not getting popped like the Kenyans are? Are you familiar with the recent blood doping ring out of Erfurt? (aka/"Operation Aderlass"). Those are all white athletes involved and no one from that doping club ever tested positive or had suspicious passports flagged. And if wasn't for a disgruntled athlete whistblowing on the operation it would be business as usual.
Well I'd say that somebody who thinks a doping ring in cycling in Europe proves that European runners are doping as much as Kenyan runners, who are getting busted despite absymal doping testing standards, that you are either very poor at reasoning skills or you have a doping aplogist agenda.
It wasn't only involving cyclists & cross-country skiers but there's evidence that "Operation Aderlass" was involved with the Honolulu marathon - you just haven't read up on the case. And any European runners doping doesn't prove that they're doping as much or less than Kenyan runners - it's illustrates that doping isnt just isolated to Kenya, though that seems to be the message you're trying shove down people's throats.

Between 2011 and 2019, they are said to have used their own blood for doping in Europe, in the US state of Hawaii, at the Honolulu Marathon. And they also played on the big stage: for example at the Olympic Winter Games in February 2018 in Pyeongchang."
