I went to the Gym yesterday and someone else was there. So I got in their face and told them to get out. When they didn’t move fast enough, I made my War Face and screamed!! They got out in a hurry. Serves them right!

Well you can be sure that they are not sitting around the weight stations or machines jacking off with smartphones as the < 30 year olds are prone to do.
I go to a Planet Fitness so I don't judge the other people at the gym. Has like 40 treadmills and maybe only 3 or 4 being used at a time.
Hey you old turds, stay out of the University gym!!! You’re too damn old to be there and we don’t want to talk to you . Get a membership elsewhere , this isn’t your place.
Might be the closest gym to their home.
Creepy old guy wearing school hoody in my gym. World is getting sick
I joined the university gym a few years ago and am an old dude now.
It is the closet gym to where I live. It is a much better facility and cheaper to any gyms close by.
If you think I am old and creepy. Ok. That is your opinion. I will still go there to get in a workout. Don't really care that you feel threatened or think I am icky.
I'm 34 and a grad student and use my university gym. I get in "free" with my tuition and fees. Why would I would pay to go somewhere else? Also, the university gym is nicer than any other in my small-ish town. AND, yes, while I don't make a point to ogle women when I'm there, I would much rather workout somewhere with a bunch of fit young people than middle-aged fatties trying to lose 5 of the 40 extra pounds they're packing around with them.
Back when I was 30 my wife was doing her PhD at a university in a smaller college town. Obviously the university gym was far superior to any other gym in a 20 mile radius. Outside that 20 miles there was nothing but the farmers fields! Due to being married to her I was able to get a spouse pass to use the facilities. It made sense to go to the university gym, swimming pool, indoor tracks (yes, their were two of them), weight room, tennis courts, etc. There were a lot of grad students at this university and also a lot of faculty, staff, etc. that used the gyms. Wasn't uncommon to see a lot of people that were 40 or under there.

What’s with the random old guys that feel the need to get a membership at a University gym?
Miss the good ‘ol college days or something?
At least wear clothes from this decade if you pull that move. Isn’t it easier to drop $10 a month at Crunch than to pay a boatload of money as a non student and walk around like you’re still a student?
And these weirdos aren’t faculty so that’s not an excuse. Go away. You’re creeping out the ladies
I think it is kind of disrespectful to bash on an older guy that is trying to stay fit. I would presume the guy you are talking about is probably 80's or 90's as most in there 70's these days still look particularly on the younger side for the most part. Whenever I see an elder I always show them respect for a few reasons 1.) They have been on this earth longer than me, 2.) They are trying to keep themselves fit, 3.) As a veteran myself some of the older guys are War Vets themselves who fought in much more gruesome warfare, 4.) Its bad Karma to disrespect the elderly, 5.) They have made it to an age in which I would like to live to and they are doing it still functioning.
Best advice show the older guy respect if he is talking to the ladies or anyone in general its probably harmless for all you know he might have nobody to converse with in his life.
