I've been following this thread off and on since its inception and haven't had anything useful to add, but now I have a question that I haven't seen addressed yet. It seems clear that Meza has cheated in a large number of races but there is no consensus or even a really plausible conjecture on how he has done it.
There has been a lot, as is usual in cheating threads many people think that the more unnecessarily complex their solution, the more likely it is to be correct, "inverse Occam's razor" you could call it. Cloning RFID tags is trying too hard to overcomplicate for no real payoff.
He moves around the course to the mats by a method faster than running which gives us car, motorcycle, e-bike or least likely bike. Whether he has an accomplice depends on your willingness to believe that this is essential (I don't believe it is) and your general need to have a conspiracy (I don't). It also makes you wonder what kind of person enables this many times over many years, I don't believe someone would.
LR should offer a $5000 reward for a photo of FM in race clothes actually getting in or out, on or off, a motorcycle, e-bike, or bike.
