first workouts in 5 months back to back
Thursday: 4x800m in 2:44, 2:39, 2:42; 3:00-3:30 rest
Friday (day after): 5x400m in 74, 72, 73, 76, 75 3:00 rest
What shape do you think I am in based on these workouts (1600-3200). I easily could have gone 2 more 800s and 5 more 400s if I had to but they were the first workouts back. I appreciate any responses because I would like to know where I am at in terms of fitness.
