The BTC team is way too big for just 2 coaches. Now they have 3.
Pascal works primarily with the steeplers. And doesn't OTC basically have three? Salazar, Julian, and strength coach McHenry?

I think it's probably a racing schedule for all their athletes from now through the World Champs. The idea would be to provide more transparency regarding their plans and what distances they'll race to help promote the sport. Obviously plans can change based on injuries, qualifiers, etc. but it will likely list each athlete and the meets and specific events they'll be racing.

Probably that Alan Webb will unretire to run the Bowerman 5K.
