How is it that not one poster on here cannot just go to the track and beat his time? I know there are people on here that are 6’ 0, 200lbs
They listed one athlete from the 1950s on steroids as someone close to my height and weight. That was their comeback.
A steroid user from Germany. Who was 6'0 and 207 according to the only account we have of his body weight and height online. So a full 3 lbs off of the 210 threshold. But this is what you idiots come up with. A country who has a history of producing hundreds of thousands of scam artist steroid users. And the best part about it is they get off on the fact that they are scam artists. It gives them pride.
Just face it. I own the record.
First off nobody here can even do it because nobody here is even over 195 let alone over 210.
And even if someone here happens to be over 195 and below 6'0 then they sure as hell aren't out there running 400s at that bodyweight.
And even if they were then they would never be able to maintain the mass needed because in the process of running the 400 their weight would go from 195 to 175 due to the craziness of the training.
On a side note just thought about something. Remember how I told you all I broke my left ankle and the stupid lady who set the cast in 2001 set it crooked? Yeah that was due to her incompetence. You know. She wants to get into a position for the cash but yet has no clue how to do her job. And then goes home everyday happy that she screwed over peoples lives just for the cash of it. She literally destroyed my running career because she didn't align everything properly while setting the cast.
But anyways. Due to the fact that I strike the ground crooked with my left foot because my ankle is wobbly and the tendons are warped out in it, then I have no choice but to take off a full 3.92 seconds off my 53.44. So the record is technically 49.52 at 6'0 and 214 LBS.
Because due to my calculations on how much ground i'm losing each stride that I take because my left ankle is striking down crooked and then wobbling and coming up crooked I counted the amount of steps that I took in the 400 and it's literally 3.92 seconds slower than I should have done with a perfectly aligned left ankle.
And on another side note I could even make a video showing myself standing in front of a mirror and striking each foot on the ground to show the you all that i'm not screwing around here and show you all just how wobbly and crooked my strike is on my left foot.
Just face it everyone. I have the most perfectly designed workout program ever for the 400. Like I said before you have to do the right sequence of events. If you do NOT do the right sequence of events then you will never approach this time at over 210 pounds.
I'm literally the only track and field athlete in the history of track and field who maintained HEAVY powerlifting the entire time I was running 400s. I told you all before. That is what maintains the bodyweight. The heavy singles. The heavy doubles.
I would run my track workout first. And then go straight to the gym and powerlift for hours. Then I would even do a mini workout after that. Nobody in the history of track and field powerlifted the entire time they competed. This is something new.
And by powerlift I mean REALLY powerlift. That means going ALL OUT in the damn gym. Not going to the gym and doing your typical sprinter 20 pound dumbbell curls and other crap.
I was in the gym deadlifting over 550 pounds at the time of that 53.44 .. Benching over 400....
Etc..
