Please tell me your not old enough to vote! And by the way, go schedule a vesectomy; your not allowed to reproduce either.
You people are stupid. Congratulations, you find a town in NJ that you don't like. I bet I could find shitty places in all 50 states + DC. Running on the Boardwalk in NJ is like going to Boulder and doing laps on the track. You're running in the wrong f'ing place. Trails in NJ are awesome. I live in a fairly small town in NJ and the best trails I have ever run on are right in the middle of my town. I can think of 5 other trails/park areas within 20 minutes of my house. I never realized how good I had it until I went to college (and grad school) and discovered neither place could hold a candle to back home. Another good thing about NJ? Being an hour from the shore. The closest thing you'll get to a shore in PA is that town called Jersey Shore about 1.5 hours west of the PA-NJ border.
Also, anyone who hates NJ because of the turnpike has not driven through the entire length of PA on route 80. Holy shit that's horrendous.
Jersey Girls Ain't Trash...
Trash gets picked up.
I'm not from New Jersey, but of all of the states I've lived or spent time in, NJ is one of the best. Believe it or not, the people in Jersey are about the friendliest in the country, once you get to know them.
Much more friendly than those southerners.
Jersey is indeed one of the better states. The fact that the Turnpike is built through the most abysmal parts has two effects - it preserved the good parts, but it gives people driving from New York to Pennsylvania a pretty negative impression. But it's got a lot more beauty and a lot more in general to offer than at least 35 states.
Yeah, Love those educated sounding accents.
One thing I love about Jersey chicks. They all smoke and give awesome head. I love chicks who every other word out of their mouth is a four letter word. When you see Soprano episodes. I m telling you that is pretty much the way people are in Northern Jersey. Who ever said NJ is a great place. Your whacked out of your mind.
Go take a ride through Newark. Just don't forget to lock your doors. Hope you come out alive.

I suggest you return to my quote and reread it....the tone and timbre would suggest this New Yorker does not rank either sport high on the must do list.

NJ for its size produces the most professional football players of any state. Unfortunately, they don't go to Rutgers after High School.
Nice try, Jersey ranks 15th in number of NFL players with california producing 4.5 times more player. There are also 6 states with smaller populations that have produced more NFL'ers. Maybe you were talking about the CFL, though. Methinks Jersians, despite thier population, make up more stats than any other state.
New Jersey is a beautiful state. Whenever my college friends from other states would visit my house in New Jersey they would be so surprised by the abundance of trails, grass, beautiful beaches, etc. In my town alone there are several different parks where I can run on trails.
bro i live in north jersey.. its nothing like sopranos..
the trails in jersey are amazing...
we produce some of the best runners in the country
look at nike outdoor.. new jersey won that meet..
look at ncaa outdoor.. jersey was top 5
Ken Jennings: "Track siblings for $1000, Alex."
Alex: "This former University of Oregon 5000 meter runner is the younger brother of Vernon, who's the founder of Commerce Bank, and owns the largest home in New Jersey, some 45,000 square feet of it."
Ken Jennings: "Who is ___________________?"
Who is Vernon Hill's younger brother?

"Hill"...."U of O"..."5000 meter"? This one's too easy Alex. Could I buy a vowel? Oooops, wrong game show!
Jersey Girl-
So what are some of these "beautiful cities" in New Jersey that impress people from all over the country with beautiful trails and beaches? Are these good places to actually live with a lot to do.
Miles and miles of beautiful trails. You'll feel like you're in the middle of Maine.
I have been to forced to go to jersey on numerous occasions and everyone sucked. I live really close to jersey and i would die a happy man if i never had to return. Too many ethnic groups and they are all racist ass holes. My aunt lived there and in her neighborhood were many different races and they would hold parties for the neighborhood. They would only invite people of their race and end up talking about how they hated all of the other races in the neighborhood. My uncle is a minister so he was invited to all the parties. Jersey is just a place of dicks. Get out of there as soon as you can.

I'm sure i am not the first person to post this, but if you are thinking about moving to new jersey, don't. I just started running after a two week break after my first marathon and it is god awful. Today, i say was my first real run (1h35m) and i basically had to weave through no less than a 1,000 high strung new yorkers six times up and down the boardwalk. That being said, i am moving back to central PA and getting some real runs in up through the mountains. If there are any native Jersians on that wish to defend your state; id be glad to hear it.
You are dumb enough to run along the Jersey boardwalk in the summertime and then complain about the people getting in YOUR way? Brilliant.
Dude, I can't agree more with you. To many ethnic's. Aka: Blacks, Spanish and so on. New Jersey is a shit hole. Or at least all the area's near the turnpike. The only thing I do like about Jersey is a lot of the chicks put out.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
