Then they rested on their laurels and starting selling cheapened down tools that break and the same for appliances. I got tired of going in trying to find out if the junk I bought was still under warranty and stopped shopping there. My hope is that they do not come back.

Last time I went to Sears auto, asked for oil/filter change only, they quoted $35, said they dont do basic stuff, that have to go over, inspect everything, change air filter, wipers as needed, etc. Etc. be about an hour. So I went to Walmart auto across the street, $20, done in 20 minutes.
