the post college groups are great.
what would be nice to see would be college age, but
foregoing college (for now) running groups. for guys
that one to really go for it. 100% obsession, Dan Gable
style commitment. monk-like existence. lopsided.
18-22 guys training full time with full time coaches
and support staffs. you know, like the guys we want
to be racing from "across the river" so to speak.
like minor league baseball i guess.
personally, i think you take 10-15 guys 18 years old
and train em with this focus and well...
it could happen.
Speaking of Dan Gable. That guy is without a doubt the biggest badass in the history of mankind.
that '72 Olympic team sure had its share of guys
with desire, to say the least, in more than one venue.
who is in the club, who is the coach, what is paid for, what isnt? these and many more questions would be a nice addition to the website
