Stanford throws was "solved". So what about Uconn and GCU. That is the end of it essentially.

His bio lists him as a 2010 college grad, with coaching stints at Kennesaw, Air Force, Florida State, Miami, Gerogia, Texas Tech, Arizona State and Texas. Does he have at least two years of experience at any one of those schools? How does he keep getting head coaches to hire him?
What exactly is he looking for seems like he as just about hit every level possible. He must have gotten fired at Texas unless Oklahoma announces him as new head.

As a female coach in this profession, I have pride myself on doing the upmost to gain the knowledge and experience to be an effective coach and leader. To see this just baffles me and it disgust me to see this because it shouldn’t happen this way. Maybe I’m just an old lady and am jealous it didn’t work this way for me, hell no! On the contrary I know that women are just as capable as men but someone getting hired without any experience not even high school, just makes all of us look bad! I don’t condone anyone male or female landing a job this way!
It’s about who you know

It’s just laughable at this point. There are people out there.... okay fine I’ll say it. There are men out there who are volunteering, doing graduate assistant work, working part time, etc to gain experience to earn a position like this. To simply hand the job to someone because they are a woman and have a pulse is disgusting. This is the direction we’re headed. If you’re a white male distance coach who is fresh out of college and has aspirations of landing a full-time gig, get out now. You’ll just be jumped in line by little Susie clipboard holder because HR says so.
Devin West to Oklahoma.
Jealous of an inexperienced woman getting what is likely a low pay assistant at a low mid-major school? Seriously, who else would take it?
Oklahoma is done with their hires. Devin and fiance are heading to UVA.
Women are landing these jobs because men are pushing administration past their interest for XC/track programs. These women are coming in and simply complying with the model. Possibly accepting low pay, as most are young and their households do not rely on their income.

I’ve heard Devin West was going to UVA as well, but on here multiple people are saying Oklahoma. Does anyone have any proof of where he’s actually going?
The even better question is why...
Probably realized that working for his current HC wasn’t what he signed up for haha! Who wouldn’t rather work for Vin!

Ok, now I'm asking the question too. Anyone have any idea whether the Utah position has been filled or, if not, whether they intend to fill it this fall?
Kelsey Quinn
As confirmed, it’s indeed Kelsey Quinn, formerly at Washington as their ops director & last year a women’s assistant at Portland
