Won’t be inside hire. Possibly a MAC hire.

As expected... Stanford goes to someone not even talked about.
Would Kennedy slide in at Wisco or does it open door for Solinsky return?

Watch out Palo Alto. Mick Byrne confirmed for Stanford job. Expect news shortly
I have a hard time buying this. I know you aren't supposed to make any decisions based off of age but isn't he already 60 years old? Would you want to hire someone who is going to retire in a few years?
graduated from PC in '78. So he's gotta be at least 62 years old

Yeah I don't believe it either. McDonald's recent signing and news the agent is putting out makes me think it's not Byrne

Sorry I actually deleted this thread when trying to delete a post.
C'mon man!

That would be awesome. Does Kennedy just slide up to the top slot?
Gavin is Mick and Jill’s vans driver. Period.
**Mick's van driver. Jill's not there anymore
What’s going on at USF?? No staff update? I have several good athletes waiting to hear who the assistants are before they decide to attend USF or not?? It’s getting late Coach J!

Not the name I've heard from my circles. It's someone that had been mentioned in the 2019 coaches thread but not talked about a lot. Perhaps they only interviewed. I guess we'll know soon.
CP Time brotha relax
I get several calls every year if any of my athletes want to coach. Jessica and Jeneva at this time have no desire to coach. They are both very helpful as volunteer assistant coaches helping me with my college throwers.
it’s between a BYU Associate Head XC, Oberlin head coach, UConn head women’s and a George mason coach at Stanford.
The final 4 candidates that Stanford is deciding between are JJ Clark, Diljeet Taylor, Ray Appenheimer, and a George Mason Coach.
I just am curious that Jill Miller would take the Northwestern job which is a step down no doubt. Of course, she gets to go out on her own, but its not a very good situation if one wants to be successful. Finding women who only want to run cross country and be good is not easy. From what I hear they are not going to add track and don't want the distance women even running track. This years senior class is the last one that the NCAA grandfathered in to be able to run track. So now its back to cross country only. Just a real interesting hire.
Truth. Finally someone knows - Appenheimer and JJ Clark, Andy Gerard. I’m guessing Vin had a big hand in this.
Diljeet would be a very good, under the radar, hire.
Agreed.

Absolutely shocked that these are the finalists for the Stanford position. What is their administration doing?
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
