I get cold easily so I'm wearing tights, a long sleeve, a quarter zip, gloves, hat, and maybe another coat and its only 25-35

Dumb question. People where the weather is warm are running in short sleeves. This includes much of the south, California, Hawaii, etc.

I'm the same way. Base layer + long sleeve + jacket + gloves + ear muffs + skull cap. Workouts on the mill.

No, 3/4 length sleeves are capri pants for your arms. Short sleeves are shorts for your arm.
But then sleeveless / singlet would mean equate to running in briefs. I see your point, but I think it falls apart at the seams.
So running shirtless equates to.........??????

Man up. Do some curls after your treadmill run and you might want to go outdoors sleeveless next time.

I go long sleeves and tights or running pants below 60 degrees for training runs. Right now it's in the 30s and I wear t-shirt base layer, long sleeve shirt, running jacket up top then tights or shorts with running pants on bottom. Hat and gloves for sure. Just base training right now but any quicker efforts are on the treadmill. No need to blow out a hammie or strain a calf trying to act tough.
Short sleeves and shorts today in TN

Probably a good idea to wear a jacket when it's in the mid50's, a good place to keep your tampon.
I saw a guy in gloves, t-shirt and sweatpants today. It's -2 degrees Celsius. (No idea what's that in you stupid system.)

Now you're hitting below the belt! Running shirtless is equivalent to indecency.
No shirt. Southern California.
It depends on if I'm used to the season. Usually when winter first hits, anything under 60F/15C feels cold to me. Once I get used to the cold weather, it doesn't feel as bad. I eventually run in shorts for anything above 35F/2C. On the other hand, coming into summer from the winters are brutal. When it touches 60F/15C again, it feels too warm. But then when the temperature bumps up and I get used to it, running feels fine until it hits 90F/32C.
I truly don't understand the obsession that we American runners have with wearing as little clothing as possible. Especially since so many of you are so fixated on what the Kenyans do. The Kenyans run in warm ups, even in warm weather.
When it's cold, wear clothes. It won't kill you if you sweat a little.
Wife beaters in Ohio.
Usually a comfortable 68 at the fitness center.
