I run for about 60-70 mins about 20 mins after waking up. I’ll usually eat a granola bar before i go.

I've never been able to tolerate running with anything in my stomach except just water and a bit of coffee. I run first thing in the morning, usually within 20 minutes of wanking, and I never eat anything before, even if I'm running for 2 hours or more. It doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me.
Same here, I don't do well running within 2-3 hours of eating so in the morning it's just a small amount of water. I never do workouts first thing though - would hate to have to do that.
4:30 AM: Black coffee, 1 full pot. 16 oz. H2O. Dump. Run.
under 60 minutes and not hard (that's what she said): Nothing
60-90 or workout: Sometimes nothing first, sometimes something simple like toast or a honey stinger waffle. Usually have a gel in the middle
90+ or a race: Coffee, oatmeal or a bagel then drop the kids off at the pool before heading out

And exactly how big is your "pot" of coffee? How are you not taking non-stop breaks on your run?
If I’ve had a good night at the sauna then I’ve usually got about half a pint of semen in my stomach. Other than that, I’m fasted.
Nothing.
It depends but usually a kind bar, banana, and coffee. Lots of coffee. Bagel if I feel like mixing it up.
Wake up at 5:15AM. Drink some black coffee (about 1.5 mugs) while listening to NPR. Then, just a shake-out run in the morning (of about 30 minutes). I feel great when I get to work.
If I´m going longer (usually the weekend), black coffee & some sort of breakfast bar (Belvita or Kashi), or a banana, or a piece of toast.

Nothing. I'm usually out late getting hammered every night. It takes everything I can just to keep from puking during the whole run.
I usually FORCE myself to do a morning run if I acted like an idiot the night before. The whole run feels like penance for too much drinking. It´s a slow slog with absolute nausea.
I´m guessing you´re joking (or hoping you´re joking) about the frequency, but this happens, um, one or two times a month for me. Sigh.
