Week looks like this
Tuesday tempo runs : Tempo runs at 3:50 . Doing 4k currently will increase to 10k max in coming weeks . Alternate week I split run into 2 parts with 4mjn break. Like 3k at 3:50 . 4min break then 3k at 3:50
PB's 800m 2:10. 1500m 4:40. 5k 18:00
Wednesday : 10k at 4:50min/k
Thrusday rest
Friday : intervals of 800 or 1000m. 3:30 pace with 4min break in between
Saturday 7.5k at 4:50min/k
Sunday long run 17k right now. Will increase to 25k in coming weeks. Pace 4:50min/k
Is it enough or should I make any changes in the workout?
