Fast run in a 2nd tier Marathon
What are you saying? Maybe the course is short?
She did run 2:22 the year prior on the same course.
A very fast half marathon and 2:22 @ Paris, 31:36 10K.
She's just not a celebrity name yet, maybe when she takes on a marathon major.
Not at all, whereas you kind of expect Fast Times in Berlin, London, (Both with fast courses and MAJOR STARS) and Dubai (Which is known to have runners not well known run fast times). The Istanbul is not known for fast times or having major stars, it is considered a 2nd or 3rd tier Marathon, this was a pleasant surprise she ran such a great time.
Sidenote, Elvan Abeylegesse also ran the Istanbul Marathon race, her first race since 2014, she ran 2:32
