Won a $50 gift card and a prime rib for two (plus an appetizer).
Anything else you would like to know?
Age?

Late 30s.
Wow, 100 posts. I just can't thank you all enough for making my magical weekend even more memorable. I am just so humbled (pronounced with a soft "h").
Happy Training, everyone. I hope it pays off for you - by having all the fast people sleep in - like it did for me.
All the best.

Make sure to embellish it a little when telling the grandkids in 30 years!

But let's honest. About half of these posts were you attempting to reach 100 posts.

Ha! Well, not consciously, but point taken ;-)
What do you do for training. i.e mileage per week and pace. Also, you were very specific about your calves. Do you lift and if so, what are your bests within the past few years.

50-70mpw
I basically alternate blocks btwn Daniels and Tinman
Did I say "calves"? I thought I said "legs" or "quads". Either way, my legs are huge by running standards, probably below average by body building standards. I squatted 565 in college, but haven't lifted weights in years. Just some road biking and lots of running.
