Average talent is average talent. I would say your talent level is quite above average but you need exceptional talent to make it to sub elite level. You may max out at a 1:19 half and a 2:50-52 marathon which is still well beyond the realm of capabilities for most females no matter what the training. You could have already maxed out or you could get a lot better which proper training and consistantly staying well, the longer you stay nourished and stay on top of your ED the more your body can recover from that and the more you recover, the more physically strong you’ll get which will lead to better times and faster recovery.
The times I listed above are examples based on the limited imfo you told me and is not set in stone, you COULD OTQ if you tried upser hard and your body had some sort of breakthrough (which would be entirely luck) but I feel like the odds are against you with a 5:27 mile PR on 90 mpw AT THE MOMENT. I don’t want to discourage you but I am guessing you came here for honesty. It is however still realistic if you had potential to get much faster (eg: drop 30-40 sec from your mile) but I have every reason to believe you are already fairly highly trained given your mileage and years spent running. Faster top end speed leads to faster 100m which with training leads to faster 400m which with more training leads to faster mile which with more training leads to faster 5k, and then 10k, and then half, and then full and so on so I don’t care what anybody says, top end speed matters in every distance IF you’re trying to make it to a high level.
Nobody can say your genetic potential, there is only one way to find that out. Try new things, chase your goals, eat enough anti-inflammatory food so your body can recover fast, GET ENOUGH CALORIES, work on strength to weight ratio and do not hurt yourself.
