1. Your team mate didn't break there leg, the avoided testing and went on a Ben Johnsonesque drug fuel training block. Solution, rat them to USADA and it will cost them a pretty penny to make the allegation disappear (do so before he gets Nike backing or he will be completely untouchable)
2. Your coach sucks and has run the team into the ground and the only way to improve is to fake an injury to avoid the stupidity that is the coaches masterplan. Worse yet he actually did have a leg break but could get more benefit out of a couple of months getting out of an overtrained state.
3. If your +2 min behind anyone over 2 mile you have no future in the sport give up and focus on your grades as it's the only way you are gonna get anywhere in life. Sport is not your forté
