Hmmm. You seem to believe that ONLY Millennials have worked during the last 30 years and they 100% responsible for productivity growth. Do you have a link you can post showing that Boomers all retired 30 years ago?
Nothing but a correlation: as boomers leave the workforce and are replaced with millenials, productivity has increased!!
The cause of this is unknown, but the simple answer does suggest itself ;)
You have no clue what correlation means. Boomers were much younger 30-years ago. They helped create processes and systems that resulted in increased productivity. They built upon the work of prior generations. Boomers when not even in the workplace 30-years ago.
You were asked about a link to you claim that Millennials were responsible for ALL of the last 30-years of productivity growth. You failed to provide such a link. In fact, no such link exists because Millennial just did not exist as productive members of society.
So, what suggests itself is that Millennials are incapable of making proper correlations.

They actually read more.
That may be true, but they don't read books. They may read more tweets. They MAY read more e-books. But the schools they come from don't even have textbooks--actual hard-copy textbooks. My son, a 12-year old seventh grade--a post millennial, I realize--doesn't have any assigned books, as in actual books, in school. It's all on the free Mac laptop they gave him.

Found the salty boomer!
If boomers 'created the processes that resulted in increased productivity' then why does productivity continue to increase as they leave the workforce, where are those gains coming from? Hmmmm.. [insert monocle emoji].
This is the correlation: less boomers in workforce+more millennials = more productivity. Nobody is talking about 'ALL' or nothing, I'm just stating a clear correlation (you can fill in the rest but that would be sloppy reasoning ;) )
I guess we can thank boomers for making the one thing that seems to correlate most with productivity: millennials!!!
In this thread:
People posting assumptions about millennials and getting shot down by millennials with data.
Not surprising considering we are easily the best educated generation:

they are more anti-Trump than any other generation
Millennials are very smart and never complain about anything.

Found the ignorant millennial. One to stupid too understand how development and productivity actually work, and who actually gets credit.
And you still have no link to your claim that millennials are responsible for ALL of the productivity growth of the last 30-years. You have absolutely nothing.

Not in the case of Hardloper,. He is a hardcore Trumper supporter. Hardloper flip-flops his opinion base on Trump flip-flopping his opinion. Hardloper has no self-direction compass. He needs a fat, old man to tell him how to think.

What productivity? Voted for 22 trillion dollars of debt, endless wars and further infringement of our liberties.

^ Found the tRump millennial. Odd that you place all of your faith on a 70+ year old man. An old man who was born in the first year of the boomer generation. So very odd.

Also, I'm not a millennial. I fall into the Gen Z category. Which according to surveys is the most "conservative" generation since WWII. I don't identify as conservative for couple reasons main one is there is nothing about the current status quo that I want to "conserve". I'm a hardcore right-wing libertarian. I reject the duopoly.

that was caused by lowering the bar, not millennials jumping higher. You don't have to learn anything to qualify as "educated" these days. You only have to be dumb enough to spend yourself into a lifetime of debt.
and this board has banned mild profanity such as the "s" word, has a millennial taken over? Who's offended by the "s" word?

When I was in school (up through high school) the maximum possible grade point average could earn was 4.0 --straight As every class taken. To help millennials feel better about themselves the bar was lowered. An A+ can earn 4.33 grade points. An A in an AP class can earn 5.0 grade points.
More data driven, less emotional, less likely to blindly follow flamboyant men who wear makeup.
