Hi folks. This 37 year old has-been is giving away some shoes from his closet. The Asics are 4 years old, the spikes are 10, I think. All are men's shoes. Here's the list:
Nike Zoom Ultra II mid-distance spikes, size 9.5; yellow bottom, white upper, red swoosh. I wore these for about 4 meets in 1994. They look slightly used, but are in otherwise good shape.
Asics Epirus lightweight trainer size 10.5; white upper, gold heel and toe, blue stripes; bought in 1998, and realized they were too big. I ran about 5 miles on them. I still have the original box. They are pretty clean, and still smell like new. I always love sniffing my new shoes. It smells like...victory!
Asics Epirus lightweight trainer size 9; white upper, gold heel and toe, blue stripes; bought in 1998, and realized they were too small. I don't think I ever ran in them. They also have that glorious new-shoe smell. They are in the original box.
Asics Epirus lightweight trainer size 9.5; white upper, gold heel and toe, blue stripes; bought in 1998, but couldn't beat plantar fasciitis because my physical therapist was mentally retarded incompetent fool who deserves to eat his own $#!t. I ran about 20 miles in them during the spring, so they are a bit muddy looking. Note that the insoles are gone, so you'll need your own. The ones that came with the shoe were no big deal, anyhow. I didn't bother sniffing them, but they aren't stinky!!
How about $3 each for shipping? Email me at
. Each pair will go to the first emailer. One pair per person, just to be fair. Once that's settled we can exchange addresses. A while ago I gave away a decade of Track & Field News, and it worked out well. Hopefully this giveaway will work out well, too.
